Class of 2015

These four years went by pretty quick. I was fortunate to meet amazing friends and caring professors at USC. Hall of fame player and coach, Ms.Dawn Staley's speech was powerful and encouraging. Although it feels like the end it is just the beginning. I am looking forward to my future and accomplishing great things in my lifetime.

I'm a Keaton Row Stylist

In December I launched an online styling business through Keaton Row, this is a FREE service. I wanted to put my styling abilities to the test. Instead of blogging about fashion and posting polyvore looks, I want to gain experience as a personal stylist and prepare myself to become an assistant stylist.

4 Must Haves From Old Navy

Okay! So it's been a week since I've been to work at Old Navy. While keeping the store neat and tidy, two coats caught my eye. I immediately thought "OMG! That is so runway fashion!" They were a blue pastel and and a long tweed bulky blazer. I couldn't wait to come back home and make this post. After seeing these two items in store I went online to see if there could be anymore similar.

Incorporating Orange Into Your Wardrobe

I recently blogged about the lack of women wearing yellow and understand that wearing yellow might be much of a risk taker for some of you, and even if you are not one who favors yellow and liked the sets I created, you are probably still in doubt about wearing yellow. But what about wearing orange?

Skirts Are Meant to Be Playful

A rule book for "How to Wear a Skirt", does not exist. Fashion is about being creative, expressing your own style and not setting limitations. Therefore, be out of the box when it comes to fashion. There are multiple ways to wear a skirt: floral with stripes, floral with polka dots, and so much more.

The Ultimate Guide to Wearing Yellow

Some may describe the color yellow as being vibrant, fun, and a way to brighten up your wardrobe. Others will disagree and say "Ewww!", "It's too bright.", or "Yellow is not my favorite color." I have to admit, I have a guilty pleasure for dark colors and there's nothing yellow in my closet....at the moment. However, with the right colors and accessories, yellow attire is a must have wardrobe item. Yellow looks best when it is paired with a different color, multiple colors, or floral prints and graphic prints. Below are fashion sets that I created, hopefully there is something that you like.

Leopard Fever

Despite animal prints being a fashion trend for 2013, I have seen more females styled in graphic tees, stripes, floral prints, lace, and embellished dresses. Animal prints are bold, daring, and convenient.

Would You Wear Palazzo Pants?

I decided to write today's post on palazzo pants. I have seen many females wearing these pants around campus. Palazzo pants are a fashionable alternative for sweatpants. These wide legged trousers are comfy, cute, come in various prints, and can be worn with a variety of tops. You can match them with crop tops, bralet tops, halter tops, loose fitted blouses, and long sleeve tops as well. Wedges, flats, and sandals are acceptable footwear. When the weather is cool add a scarf. Blazers and jean crop jackets are suitable outerwear.
