How to Wear Shorts

There are many ways you can wear shorts. Flip flops, sandals, and a tank top just aren't stylish enough. Here are some sets to give you creative ideas of how to wear shorts.
Outfit 1

Outfit 2
Without the jean sleeveless jacket, this would have been an ordinary outfit.

Outfit 3
Tupac inspiration: I love his music

Outfit 4
I love bow headbands.

Outfit 5

Outfit 6
I love Indian/tribal attire and accessories. The bag and purse match.

Outfit 7

Although the shirt says "NYC", this is more of a California look.

Outfit 8
This outfit is plain and simple, but chic at the same time. If you want to go for a casual look, where the white cardigan. If you want to dress up, wear the blazer. Brown and gray are very dull colors, but as you can see the colors match well together and the necklace and shoes makes the outfit stand out.

Club outfit

Outfit 11
Who would of thought...green and burgundy match well together.

Outfit 12
The shoes compliment the purse. The scarf compliments the blouse. The shorts compliment the Kimono. Fashion Vocabulary (Kimono): a Japanese traditional garment. The word "kimono" means "a thing to wear". A Kimono is T-shaped, a straight lined robe with wide sleeves.

  Outfit 13
Wearing heels with shorts is an easy way to dress up your outfit.

Outfit 14
Two ways to wear a polka dot shirt: To the right is a dressy casual look. I picked a peach purse to bring out the outfit because there is a lot of brown. A brown or black purse would of made the outfit dull and a white purse would of knocked off the look.

Outfit 15
I love floral! The red crossbody bag and lime green scarf makes the outfit stand out.

Outfit 16
Black is my favorite color, and can match with any other color. "You can be fashionable in sneakers." Despite the lack of colors, the bright color blue will bring attention to your outfit.

Outfit 17
Considering the small floral print shorts with a bow tie and geek shoes, I could see this outfit being worn in the earlier years.

Outfit 18
There is not anything special about this outfit. This is everyday attire and is usually how people wear shorts. I added color with a cardigan(for a layering), and matching colored sandals.

Outfit 19
You might be staring at these orange shorts and saying in your head "The shirt is too much". Try not to be so simple when pairing pieces together. The gray shimmer gives a shine and the shorts have a hint of black color. If you dislike this look, what top would you suggest?

Outfit 20
Yes...I matched a leather bag with a snapback, and paired leather flats with a crop sweatshirt. I really love this outfit. This outfit is to be worn when its sunny but a little cool.

Outfit 21
I told you I love tribal attire.

Outfit 22
Okay, this might be your least favorite. I went for a dressy casual look but added the open toe wedge sneakers for a relaxed and comfortable look. Yay or Nay?

Outfit 23
My three favorite things paired together: floral, lace, and polka dots.

Outfit 24
When you wear dull colors like gray, add a bright color accessory. This is where yellow and orange come in handy. Since there is already yellow in the shoe laces and shorts, I decided to add a purple purse.

Outfit 25
The flats and jewelry compliment the clutch, and the clutch brings out the purple blouse. I would wear the blouse tucked in.

Outfit 26
Have you ever worn silver shimmery attire? I had a difficult time deciding what to pair this with, but it turned out nicely.

Outfit 27
I love the vintage bag and leopard oversize glasses.

Outfit 28
See how the yellow purse makes the outfit pop?

Outfit 29

Military inspired: camouflaged hat to match the camouflaged shorts and camouflaged glasses, with a green purse to go along with the shorts.

1 bralet, 2 ways to wear it

If you are not comfortable matching different prints, start simple. Wear a solid color shirt and a pair it with a different color bag. Example: A blue top with yellow purse.
